Baru-baru ini, saya ada join kayuhan malam seorang diri sahaja....

Memandangkan dalam famili saya, takde siapa pun yang berminat untuk berbasikal.. saya pun pi la join..

Seminggu sebelum tu, saya ada ternampak sebuah banner terpampang di Dataran Kemerdekaan, Shah Alam, Seksyen 14, sebijik macam banner ni.... Ajak member2, takde seorang pun yang nak temankan saya..Tapi alhamdulillah, dapat juga beberapa kenalan yang sudah ada workshop basikal sendiri. Sila check laman beliau :D

Last2 ada 2 gambar je yang saya sempat tangkap waktu dalam kayuhan..

 Jarak kayuhan untuk kanak-kanak 2km, manakala dewasa 10km.

Sebelum perlepasan, ada ucapan dari MC dan ikrar oleh kanak-kanak di atas pentas

Facebook removes 'intifada' page calling for Muslims' killing of Jews

LONDON: Facebook has removed a page called 'Third Palestinian Intifada' that had called for a new Palestinian uprising against Israel, after more than 350,000 people signed up to it.

The BBC quoted the company's spokesman as saying that the page was removed for featuring calls for violence.

Israel had earlier raised concerns about the page.

The Third Palestinian Intifada page had called for an uprising on May 15 (Friday) after Muslim prayers were completed, with one of its quotes saying: "Judgment Day will be brought upon us only once the Muslims have killed all of the Jews."

According to reports, three similar pages have come up, with over 7,000 Palestinians signing up to them.

Meanwhile, Facebook has said that the page had begun as a call for peaceful protest, despite using the term "intifada" that has a connotation of violent revolt.

"However, after the publicity of the page, more comments deteriorated to direct calls for violence. We monitor pages that are reported to us, and when they degrade to direct calls for violence or expressions of hate - as occurred in this case - we have and will continue to take them down," ," Andrew Noyes, Facebook's public policy communications manager, said.

Last week, Israeli Public Diplomacy Minister Yuli Edelstein had claimed in a letter sent to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg that the page had featured "wild incitement" with calls to kill Jews and talk of "liberating" Jerusalem through violence.

"I asked Zuckerberg that the red lines of freedom of expression and incitement and violence should not be crossed. I welcome that decision even though I am sure that more cat-and-mouse games await us and there will be attempts by our enemies and those who hate us to enter Facebook in other ways," he added.

Libyan air defense shot down 8 aircraft of western warriors of Satan

As reported by Moscow's Pravda from Tripoli with reference to government sources, at least eight U.S. and cronies aircraft have been successfully shot down by Libyan air defense using Russian S-200 (SA-5 Gammon) installations after the Zio Obama's regime started its terrorist crusade on a bloody jew holiday of Purim on March 20 to celebrate it with a new slaughter of Muslims. The number of 8 crusader aircraft is given as per March 25.
 
Meanwhile, so-called "opposition forces" fighting the government claim that government troops retreated from Bin Jawad, in the north of the country, Democracy's news agencies reported on Sunday. No confirmation of these claims could be found.
 
Two dozen trucks with "opposition fighters" are claimed to be present in the town center. Anti-government forces are "planning" to continue pushing forward along the Mediterranean coast in the direction of Sirte, 150 kilometers from Bin Jawad.

It is claimed that the "opposition" earlier seized oil export port of Ras Lanuf and the town of Marsa el-Brega, located in the north. They also presumably "took control" over the strategically important town of Ajdabiya last Saturday. Except for Ajdabiya, all other claims by pro-crusader militants were not confirmed by the government.

An Obama's regime official said that they considered "unfounded" the statements by the Libyan government on slaughtering the civilians. On March 27, war criminal Obama's regime defense secretary Gates produced a new package of lies in an interview to CBS.

"The truth of the matter is we have trouble coming up with the proof of any civilian casualties", told Gates.
 
He reported on a number of propaganda "intelligence reports", according to which, "the troops under the control of Muammar Gaddafi" (i.e., the Libyan army - KC) specifically bring to bombing site bodies of people previously killed by the pro-government forces to present them as victims of raids by the coalition.
 
Making his silly and crazy statement, Zio Gates did not bother to explain:
 
1. What kind of bombs the U.S. Zio terrorists and Zio cronies are using against Libyans that leave no victims at all among the people, not even a single victim.
 
2. How could the Libyan army manage to bring the corpses from the towns that are controlled by its opponents from a so-called pro-Western "opposition".

Libya's Health Ministry said on Friday that at least 114 l Muslim civilians martyred over the 4 days of bombing by western crusaders aircraft. Most of them are children and women.

Meanwhile, the aircraft of Western terrorist alliance struck the city of Sabha in southwestern Libya to slaughter further civilians and terrorize Libyans, reports the British Broadcasting Corporation BBC.
 
Sabha is a major site of air and road line. Sabha's population was bombed because it belongs to an ethnic group from which the Libyan leader, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, comes from.
 
Why should the whole ethnic group be eliminated, the crusaders didn't bother to explain. Why the Libyan leader is to be murdered and who gave the crusader the right, if not Satan whom they all worship, to kill foreign leaders as well as foreign soldiers, the crusaders didn't explain either.

Meanwhile, for the same Satanic reason of ritual bloody sacrifices of as much Muslims as possible to their god Satan on a "joyful" jew holiday of Purim, the crusader thugs bombed Gaddafi's home town of Sirte.
 
 According to channel Al Jamahiriya, the strikes are conducted on civil and military installations. No information is available so far about losses inflicted by western warriors of Satan to the civilian population.

At least five Libyan military aircraft and two helicopters have been destroyed by the French air force on March 26, the terrorist French general staff lied, as usual. On March 26, the always lying western media reported that the entire (!) Libyan air force was destroyed. Where then from did these "five military aircraft and two helicopters" come from, the thugs did not specify.
 
Air raids were carried out near the town of Misurata, 200 km east of capital Tripoli, as well as in the area of ​​the city Zintan on the border with Tunisia. Abu Umar as-Sayf: ''You will not see scholars teaching Muslims in the field of Jihad''

Guidance and Misguidance
 
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. May Allah bless our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions, and grant them Peace.
 
Indeed the support and help come through the Quran and sword.

Allah, the Most High says:
 
"Certainly We sent Our apostles with clear arguments, and sent down with them the Book and the balance that men may conduct themselves with equity; and We have made the iron, wherein is great violence and advantages to men, and that Allah may know who helps Him and His apostles in the secret; surely Allah is Strong, Mighty".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 57. "The Iron", verse 25)
 
This is the path that was chosen by the companions who followed the Book of Allah and were obedient on Armed Jihad; this is the reason why Allah has purified their faith and granted them victories on the battlefields.

Allah, the Most High says:
 
"Allah has promised to those of you who believe and do good that He will most certainly make them rulers in the earth as He made rulers those before them, and that He will most certainly establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them, and that He will most certainly, after their fear, give them security in exchange; they shall serve Me, not associating aught with Me; and whoever is ungrateful after this, these it is who are the transgressors".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 24. "The Light", verse 55)
 
Later, when the practice of the Book and Armed Jihad was brought to a stall, the power of Muslims had dramatically declined.
 
Wherever the banner of Jihad was set, you already see Mujahideen are in a hurry to go there, searching for martyrdom, wherever it could be found. You could see very few among them who had spent some time studying in the past. But you will not see among them scholars who would advise the Mujahideen to strengthen their faith.
 
The Prophet, may Allah bless him, and grant him Peace, said:

"A group of people from my Ummah will continue to fight in defense of truth and remain triumphant until the Day of Judgment".

One of the indications of the weakness of the Ummah and its deviation from the description of the Victorious Group today is the fact that there are very few well learned who are fighting in the fields of Jihad.
 
The revival of Armed Jihad, which the Ummah experiences today, is a right time for the seekers of the true knowledge to make a step towards Hijrah and Jihad on the path of Allah, because He, the Most High says:
 
"And whoever flies in Allah's way, he will find in the earth many a place of refuge and abundant resources, and whoever goes forth from his house flying to Allah and His Apostle, and then death overtakes him, his reward is indeed with Allah and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 4. "The Women", verse 100)
 
A muhajir would find a place of safety, letting his enemies cope with their rage on their own. The muhajir would find abundant resources for spiritual and physical strength in the full sense of these words. This is a virtue of the guidance, response to the call to make Hijrah and then go for Jihad to fight the enemies of Allah physically.
 
Well-being has a key option: laying down the basis of freedom from sorrow and depression triggered by living side by side with the enemies of Allah; it is leaving a country where tyrants and their proxies transgress framing and exercising their imaginary laws on its subjects, and, finally, it is moving in exchange for Paradise towards the nobleness, power, Jihad and the victory and life in accordance with the Sharia that is the monotheism and laws of Allah, the Most High.
 
Scholars are the successors of the prophets. They are obliged to bear their mission; i.e. to carry the truth of Allah, the Most High forth, and conduct Jihad to guard it. It is them, the scholars, who must lead Muslims to Jihad against the enemies of Allah.
 
There are distinctions in quality between sincere and wicked scholars. The very first of them is the integrity of faith, words and deeds.

The Prophet, may Allah bless him, and grant him Peace, said:

"On the Day of Resurrection the feet of the son of Adam will not move away till he is questioned about four matters: how he spent his lifetime, how he spent his youth; from where he acquired his wealth and how he spent it, and what he did with his knowledge".
 
There is a reference to the guidance in the opening Surah of the Quran; the guidance to the straight path to al-Jannah, that Allah has granted the prophets, martyrs, righteous and truthful, who are neither under the wrath, like those from among the Jews and wicked scholars of the Muslim Ummah, because of their ignorance of the truth, nor were lead astray, who committed acts without the knowledge, like the Christians and the corrupt of our Ummah.
 
Sufyan ibn 'Uyayna, may Allah bestow His mercy on him, said:

"Our wicked scholars have something from the Jews, while the corrupt Muslims have something from the Christians."
 
Allah, the Most High has mentioned the both peculiarities in His Book:
 
"O you who believe! most surely many of the doctors of law and the monks eat away the property of men falsely, and turn (them) from Allah's way; and (as for) those who hoard up gold and silver and do not spend it in Allah's way, announce to them a painful chastisement".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 9. "The Repentance", verse 34)
 
The guidance could only be achieved by the righteous and truthful deeds which are supported by the knowledge and promptness to answer the call:
 
"And if We had prescribed for them: Lay down your lives or go forth from your homes, they would not have done it except a few of them; and if they had done what they were admonished, it would have certainly been better for them and best in strengthening (them); And then We would certainly have given them from Ourselves a great reward. And We would certainly have guided them in the right path. And whoever obeys Allah and the Apostle, these are with those upon whom Allah has bestowed favors from among the prophets and the truthful and the martyrs and the good, and a goodly company are they!"
(The Holy Quran, Surah 4. "The Women", verses 66-69)
 
Those who claim to have a degree and ascribe themselves to the righteous salaf of this Ummah, but hide the truth, keep out of Jihad, turn away from the path of Allah for the sake of earthly goods, these are the liars in their claims. They are the closest of all people to the description of the Jews, who are under the wrath of Allah, the Most High, Who says:
 
"And do not mix up the truth with the falsehood, nor hide the truth while you know (it). And keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and bow down with those who bow down. What! do you enjoin men to be good and neglect your own souls while you read the Book; have you then no sense?"
(The Holy Quran, Surah 2. "The Cow", verses 42-44)
 
In the Sahihain (al-Bukhari and Muslim), there was mentioned a hadeeth that the prophet, may Allah bless him, and grant him Peace, said:

"On the Day of Judgment a man will be brought and thrown into Hell, his intestines will come out of his belly, and he will go circling holding his intestines like a donkey running a mill. His companions in Hell will come to him: O! So and So! What is this? Did you not ask people to do good and avoid vice?' He will say: 'That is so. I told others to do good, but did not do it myself; and I forbade them to do evil, but did so myself."
 
Allah, the Most High has compared those who have the knowledge, but do not act upon it, and witness the signs of Allah, but turn away from them; as such, were compared with an ass laden with books, or a dog lolling its tongue. They are indifferent whether follow the word of Allah with little or no effort put into it, or replace the truth if the going gets rough. Such people are ‘stuck' to the ground stiffly and became followers of the Shaitan, and their reasoning ability has become a slave of their passions.
 
Allah, the Most High says:
 
"The likeness of those who were charged with the Taurat, then they did not observe it, is as the likeness of the ass bearing books, evil is the likeness of the people who reject the communications of Allah; and Allah does not guide the unjust people".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 62. "The Congregation, Friday", verse 5)

and He also said:
 
"And recite to them the narrative of him to whom We give Our communications, but he withdraws himself from them, so the Shaitan overtakes him, so he is of those who go astray. And if We had pleased, We would certainly have exalted him thereby; but he clung to the earth and followed his low desire, so his parable is as the parable of the dog; if you attack him he lolls out his tongue; and if you leave him alone he lolls out his tongue; this is the parable of the people who reject Our communications; therefore relate the narrative that they may reflect".
 (The Holy Quran, Surah 7. "The Heights", 175-176)
 
Al-Qurtubi commenting on these verses said:

"This is an example of anyone who knew the Quran, but has not acted in accordance with it."
 
The second quality of true scholars is in making what they have learned clear to people and make the word of the truth high and supreme.

Allah says:
 
"Surely those who conceal the clear proofs and the guidance that We revealed after We made it clear in the Book for men, these it is whom Allah shall curse, and those who curse shall curse them (too)".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 2. "The Cow", verse159)
 
All those who identify themselves as scholars of the truth, but conceal some of its parts are being cursed by Allah and the cursers. The true scholars are those who have been blessed with great rewards by the mercy of Allah.
 
Some scholars terrified of the anger of the tyrants and blame of the media rush to conceal the truth to ‘stay away' from ‘evil'. Some scholars craving for earthly wealth and advantageous appointments rush to change the truth to please the tyrants.

But Allah, the Most High says:
 
"And when Allah made a covenant with those who were given the Book: You shall certainly make it known to men and you shall not hide it; but they cast it behind their backs and took a small price for it; so evil is that which they buy".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 3. "The Family of Imran", verse 187)

Allah also said:
 
"Then there came after them an evil posterity who inherited the Book, taking only the frail good of this low life and saying: It will be forgiven us. And if the like good came to them, they would take it (too). Was not a promise taken from them in the Book that they would not speak anything about Allah but the truth, and they have read what is in it; and the abode of the hereafter is better for those who guard (against evil). Do you not then understand?"
(The Holy Quran, Surah 7. "The Heights", verse 169)
 
Yes, they have obtained some of the knowledge from the scholars or in madrasas, as Allah, the Most High says:

"they have read what is in it (the Book)".

However, the knowledge has been obtained with no firm conviction and sincere faith in it. They have not mastered the knowledge, like the companions, may Allah be pleased with them, who carried the mission on, despite being subjected to the hardships and animosity.
 
Imam ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah bestow His mercy on him, said:
 
"Any, from among the scholars, who preferred earthly wealth and has passion for it, certainly will be slandering Allah in his fatawa and assertions, in words and deeds. Very often the laws of Allah are contrary to the assumed interests of people, especially of those holding the power following their whims. Their desires could be satisfied only by violation of laws of the truth.

And very often that happens in doubtful matters when the desires mingle with the doubtful then the light of the truth fades away. But if even the truth were clear, they still intend to violate it with an expectation that someday they will repent.

Allah, the Most High has mentioned about those:
 

• "But there came after them an evil generation, who neglected prayers and followed and sensual desires, so they win meet perdition",
  (The Holy Quran, Surah 19. "Mary", verse 59)

 
Allah, the Most High also says:
 

• "Then there came after them an evil posterity who inherited the Book, taking only the frail good of this low life and saying: It will be forgiven us. And if the like good came to them, they would take it (too). Was not a promise taken from them in the Book that they would not speak anything about Allah but the truth, and they have read what is in it; and the abode of the hereafter is better for those who guard (against evil). Do you not then understand?"
  (The Holy Quran, Surah 7. "The Heights", verse 169)

 
Allah, the Most High says that they seized upon the secular lifestyle, despite the fact that they knew about its unlawfulness. But they said it would be forgiven to them. And if there were tempted by another opportunity to get some earthly goods sinfully; they would have acted as same as before; that was their habit".
 
It is not just about text memorizing and scientific reading. Knowledge must be useful and helpful: increasing piety, purifying the soul and heart. If the heart is purified, then the knowledge would be useful and helpful. And, by the will of Allah, that would be useful and helpful for other Muslims.
 
But, if the heart, receiving the truth, were a heart of a hypocrite, the heart contaminated with the disease of disobedience; then its holder will tend to hide the truth and slander Allah. This hypocrite would like to have diverted others from the path of Allah and his fatawa and assertions would become a Sharia disguise of collaborationist rulers, to justify their crimes against Muslims.
 
The third quality of true scholars is the fear of Allah.
 
He, the Most High said:
 
"What! he who is obedient during hours of the night, prostrating himself and standing, takes care of the hereafter and hopes for the mercy of his Lord! Say: Are those who know and those who do not know alike? Only the men of understanding are mindful".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 39. "The Troops", verse 9)

Allah, the Most High also said:
 
"And of men and beasts and cattle are various species of it likewise; those of His servants only who are possessed of knowledge fear Allah; surely Allah is Mighty, Forgiving".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 35. "The Angels", verse 28)
 
One of the signs of fear of Allah is in going to Jihad in the path of Allah. Allah, the Most High has said:
 
"What! will you not fight a people who broke their oaths and aimed at the expulsion of the Apostle, and they attacked you first; do you fear them? But Allah is most deserving that you should fear Him, if you are believers. Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people. And remove the rage of their hearts; and Allah turns (mercifully) to whom He pleases, and Allah is Knowing, Wise".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 9. "The Repentance", verses 13-15)
 
And if a scholar hides the truth, keeps his wealth, soul and word away from Jihad, while the crusading crowds trample the Muslim countries, then there is no doubt that the man has nothing to do with those scholars, whom Allah, the Most High has blessed in His Book describing them as those who has fear of Him.
 
There are obstacles that prevent a seeker of the knowledge going to Jihad on the path of Allah:
 

• The first of them is being fond of earthly existence and longing to it. Allah, the Most High has said:
  "Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brethren and your mates and your kinsfolk and property which you have acquired, and the slackness of trade which you fear and dwellings which you like, are dearer to you than Allah and His Apostle and striving in His way, then wait till Allah brings about His command: and Allah does not guide the transgressing people".
  (The Holy Quran, Surah 9. "The Repentance", verse 24)

 
These eight components of welfare, admired by man are obstacles in going for Jihad: the fathers, children, brothers, wives, family, earned property, trade (or a position) stagnation (or losing) of which is feared, and dwellings with which people are satisfied and reluctant to move away from.
 
But that incorrect obsession could have been overcome. Iman, Hijrah and Jihad on the path of Allah, are only for man, who truly loves Allah and practices the monotheism by words and deeds and truly understands that Hijrah and Jihad are deeds of.
 
Love of earthly goods and aversion to fight Jihad has encouraged the enemies of Islam to lead successful military campaigns and seize the power and wealth of the Ummah. On the subject of this the Prophet, may Allah bless him, and grant him Peace, said:

"'There will come a time when other nations will fall upon you like greedy eaters upon a bowl of food'. The narrator asked: 'Apostle of Allah, will that be because we are small in number?' He said: 'No. You will then be too many but rather like the foam floating over water. Allah will take off from the hearts of your enemies any heed for you, and cast Wahn into your hearts'. So the narrator asked: 'What is Wahn?' He said: 'The love of this world, and the fear of death'. (Abu Dawud) In another narration: 'Your love for life and your distaste for battle'.

• The second obstacle is an inconsistent understanding caused by blind-trust-following the chopped-up curriculum.

 
That happens when learners, whether required to or not, put a lot of effort in memorizing (not realizing or ignoring the fact that the huge segments of the knowledge are hidden away by some scholars open for suggestion from Shaitan) all the leftovers of the knowledge; and that, in turn, begins to distract him from worship, and leads him to assume incorrect logical conceptions of the matters of the faith, and that in turn causes incomplete Iman, its weakness and heart disease.
 
Imam ibn al-Qayyim commenting on the words of Allah 'the (passionate) accumulation (of abundance; e.g., earthly gains) diverts you' said that ‘accumulation' is an act of increasing (in number, mass, size, etc.), and that Allah, the Most High mentions it without specifics (accumulation of what), because the word ‘accumulation' here is used in its general sense, and includes everything that could be increased by a person, besides the obedience to Allah and His Messenger, and every thing that may benefit after death, and so everything of earthly wealth, is regarded as fit for accumulation, whether wealth, prestige, power, women, words, especially unneeded knowledge, books, multi-volumes with numerous subjects and their branches, theories, etc.
 
Students tend to get fallen into a common error by having a determination to acquire the knowledge to be elevated to a degree of the truthful; i.e., the carriers of the true knowledge (which is not a negative intention); but doing so without considering the fact that the sought degree would not be achieved while ignoring the responsibility of the compulsory Jihad (the defense of the truth that was wiped out of the curriculum). Loafing away from Jihad is a sign of weakness of sincerity. It is Jihad that makes distinction between a truthful and liar. Allah, the Most High says:
 
"The believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Apostle then they doubt not and struggle hard with their wealth and their lives in the way of Allah; they are the truthful ones".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 49. "The Dwellings", verse 15)
 

• The third obstacle is the errors of the advisors and teachers.

 
That is when they stop their duty of encouraging the students and Muslims in general, to stand up and go forth to Jihad. They should encourage Jihad, as He the Almighty says:
 
"Fight then in Allah's way; this is not imposed on you except in relation to yourself, and rouse the believers to ardor maybe Allah will restrain the fighting of those who disbelieve and Allah is strongest in prowess and strongest to give an exemplary punishment".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 4. "The Women", verse 84)
 
While motivating their learners to follow the ‘aqidah of the salaf of this Ummah, by memorizing the chopped-up curriculum, the teachers are doomed to commit another mistake, they do not and cannot make any attempts to come even close in catching up with the salaf's methodology, ways and forms in their conduct of Jihad. You can see a person calling to follow the manhaj of the salaf, but he, himself, prefers the secular side of being and hides the truth. This person is very close to the Jewish rabbis who (condemned themselves to) bear the wrath of Allah.
 
In addition to the above, the preachers and teachers have taken the wrong way of supporting Islam; the way which is broken to go beyond the tolerated limits that were set by the apostate rulers. That is the way that has no place for Jihad, the compulsory means for the Ummah's survival against the crusaders, and Hellfire.
 
The chosen by these preachers road is not for Jihad. And that road shall not bring any changes to the state of the Ummah, it shall not divert the aggression aside, by it shall not be delivered any skin to its security and it shall not take the fear away. It is just a road to attract the Ummah into erroneous hypothesis; the road which those preachers shall never surrender under any circumstances. They already have withdrawn themselves and their followers away from the reasoning and Jihad. They do not mind to look on the battle from afar. They shall be among those about whom Allah, the Most High says:
 
"They think the allies are not gone, and if the allies should come (again) they would fain be in the deserts with the desert Arabs asking for news about you, and if they were among you they would not fight save a little".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 33. "The Clans", verse 20)
 
Among other distracting from Jihad mistakes the preachers and teachers have committed was by using the propaganda terminology of the Christians and apostates; such as, freedom, democracy, human rights, etc. They hastily adopted those sugar-coated words and were deceived by their false values even though behind all that there are the impious infidels who do not have faith in Hereafter. They commit even more sins while listening to those words that have enticed them; words that were developed and embellished in various ways of eloquence, and broad casted through the media and satellite channels.
 
Allah, the Most High has explained about those who are trying to make expressions to deceive people to loosen them from the path of Allah; they are the Shayatin from among men and jinn: the enemies of the messengers of Allah. Allah said about them:
 
"And thus did We make for every prophet an enemy, the Shaitans from among men and jinn, some of them suggesting to others varnished falsehood to deceive (them), and had your Lord pleased they would not have done it, therefore leave them and that which they forge. And that the hearts of those who do not believe in the hereafter may incline to it and that they may be well pleased with it and that they may earn what they are going to earn (of evil)".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 6. "The Spider", verses 112-113)
 
How could a seeker of the knowledge be satisfied with their intrigues and sugar-coated words, gravitated toward their propaganda campaigns, which are not to provide the truth, but to replace it with lies through their terminology and words?
 
One of those words; such as, ‘freedom' which is, in the understanding of Christians, and their supporters of the secular way of life, means getting free of religion, morality, and manners. That is, the meaning of the word contradicts the principle of obedience to Allah and His Prophet, may Allah bless him, and grant him Peace; in other words, rebellion against the worship of Allah. That is freedom of the Shayatin from among men, namely the Americans and those who follow their ‘democracy' and ‘human rights'.
 
In fact, they are not free, but rather are captives of the Shayatin from among the jinn, who sent them to fight against Allah and His Prophet, may Allah bless him, and grant him Peace. As Allah mentions this:
 
"Do you not see that We have sent the Shaitans against the unbelievers, inciting them by incitement?"
(The Holy Quran, Surah 19. "Mary", verse 83) He also says:
 
"And whoever turns himself away from the remembrance of the Beneficent God, We appoint for him a Shaitan, so he becomes his associate".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 43. "Ornaments Of Gold", verse 36)
 
Those rebels have revolted against the Justice of Allah, been enslaved by their own passions and been worshipping the Shayatin, celebrities, and tyrants who set their own laws and enforce them globally for others to worship them.
 
A person can be freed from slavery of taghuts and tyrants only through monotheism and obedience to the Rule of Allah, the Most High. Islam came with worship, not with the western freedom, because worship is the main objective of man, for which Allah created him. Allah, the Most High says:
 
"And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 51. "Az-Zariyat", verse 56)

Allah, the Most High has created us just for worshipping Him alone, without attributing partners to Him.
 
And if the scholar would construct his discussions and debates with the apostates and hypocrites with accordance with this verse to please Allah, the Most High, then he would never go astray neither in his words nor manhaj.
 
But if he forgets the purpose of the creation and attempts to satisfy his readers and spectators from among the Christians and apostates, then with no doubt, he shall fall into an error and shall attribute to the religion of Allah what does not belong to it; such as, ‘democracy', ‘freedom', ‘human rights', etc.
 
Scholars should sympathize with, care for their brethren Mujahideen and assist them instead of fighting them pleasing the enemies of Allah - infidels and hypocrites, getting closer to them by backbiting and slandering the Mujahideen.
 
After all, if a scholar, hating the enemies of Allah, but distancing himself from the Mujahideen and righteous, he would confuse and divide people around him and lose the path of greatness, power and Jihad. Doing so, he will waste his mission, strength and become humiliated by the infidels and apostates. And he will get nothing, he would not be either in the ranks of Mujahideen to help the Ummah or the apostates, who would more likely be disgusted by anything what he would call them for.
 
The infidels, hypocrites and their media would spare this scholar from their harassment; if once he reaches such a degree of humiliation and feebleness and agree to lend them a hand on fatawa to plot against the Ummah for some scraps of ‘well-being' and a share of the wrath in return.
 
"And surely they had purposed to turn you away from that which We have revealed to you, that you should forge against Us other than that, and then they would certainly have taken you for a friend. And had it not been that We had already established you, you would certainly have been near to incline to them a little; In that case We would certainly have made you to taste a double (punishment) in this life and a double (punishment) after death, then you would not have found any helper against Us".
(The Holy Quran, Surah 17. "The Night Journey", verses 73-75) Allah says:
 
"And that you should judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their low desires, and be cautious of them, lest they seduce you from part of what Allah has revealed to you; but if they turn back, then know that Allah desires to afflict them on account of some of their faults; and most surely many of the people are transgressors. Is it then the judgment of (the times of) ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?"
(The Holy Quran, Surah 5. "The Table Spread", verses 49-50)
 
In fact, a scholar calling for the truth and Jihad is a sign of a mercy of Allah on this Ummah, and even if he were imprisoned, his call behind the walls and iron would not be neglected by the Lord.
 
But if the scholar is gutless with the truth or/and deaf-dumb on Jihad and groveling before infidels, then his ‘mission' is over. It would not be helpful for him to have flocks of media outlets crying his fabricated fatawa out, which would change Islam in no way, and the Responding Ummah would return back to the folds of Islam anyway, because Allah, the Most High has promised that, and the signs of the approaching victory are already being shown.
 
Upon the scholars, their students, youth and capable men is a sacred duty to have walked Jihad in dar al-harb to add force to the brethren Mujahideen, and teach them to improve their knowledge of the Truth and strengthen their Iman. Allah, the Most High favored Muslims with Jihad on His path, a duty to be done by wealth (to establish/finance/maintain the logistics of the Mujahideen, arm and feed them, take care of and support their families, etc.), soul (to stand up and fight the enemies of Allah physically), and tongue (to wage intellectual warfare to voice the truth). They have an obligation (to push themselves to the limits, strive physically) to withstand and break through the (ideological/psychological/physical) pressure of the enemies of Allah: the Christians, Jews, and apostates.

Mahmood was a pious king, who was very much interested in seeking knowledge but above all he loved jihâd. One achievement in his love of fighting in the cause of Allâh lead Muslims to call him the destroyer of the idol.

As the end of the forth century of hijrah was drawing close, the city of Baghdad was suffering under the oppression of the Burayhee, a nation of ruthless people who came down from the province of Daylam in Northern Iran. They seized the region and subdued the Khalifah leaving him no power except the pomp and protocols. Meanwhile, Islâm was prospering in the regions of Khurasan and Afghanistan. Didn't the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam say: "My ummah is like the rain, you do not know whether its goodness is at its beginning or at its end." And didn't Allâh, subhanahu wa taala, promise that this ummah will never be uprooted, and that there will be goodness in it, and that it will be the uppermost until the Hour comes. Isn't it amazing that in all the Islâmic history, whenever Islâm is weakened in one area, it flourishes in another!

In this weak period of the Khilafah, a power has sprung up in Ghaznah, southwest of Kabul, at the hand of a Turkish family, whose leader was Sabektekin. Sabektekin started jihâd in India. Then came his son Mahmood. Mahmood showed a great capability in leadership and had a strong personality. The whole province of Khurasan rallied under his leadership, and his rule extended to Azerbedjan. AlQadir Billah, the Abbassid Khalifah approved of his rule, seeing in this Sunni power a help against the Shia and Mu'tazilah of Daylam.

Sultan Mahmood was among the earlier pious kings, very much interested in knowledge, drawing close to him the scholars, as he was known to love hearing the hadith of the Prophet, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, being recited to him. When his popularity reached the far ends of the Muslim land, the Fatimid (extremist Shia) government in Egypt tried to win him over. They sent at-Tahirti, one of their da'iahs, to talk to him. Discovering their plot, Sultan Mahmood killed at-Tahirti and offered his mule to the sheikh of the city of Herat saying, "The leader of the disbelievers used to ride it, now let the leader of the believers in Allâh alone ride it."

The most commendable act of Sultan Mahmood was his love for jihâd. Every year he would set out to conquer new lands, heading always toward India. Allâh granted him success many times as he opened many lands and brought Islâm to its people. News reached him one day that the Indian people believed that what had brought weakness and destruction to their land was the wrath of the great idol Suminat against the rest of the idols. The great idol, they said, was the provider, the one that brought life and caused death. They used to make pilgrimage to it. A great wealth was accumulated at its site, to the point that ten thousands villages were counted as part of its endowment. A thousand of Brahma men were at its service. The idol was in a far away fortress, a walking distance of a month away from the Muslim land. The road to it was difficult and sparse in water.

Nevertheless Sultan Mahmood set out to destroy the idol after making istikharah (asking Allâh for guidance in his decision). He left on the second day of 'Eidul-Fitr 416 AH, at the head of thirty thousand cavaliers and a great number of infantry men and volunteers. They reached the fortress on the fourteenth of Dhul-Qi'dah. When the Indians saw the determination of the Sultan, they offered him a great amount of money under the condition that he spared their idol. Some of his field commanders advised him to take the money and leave the idol alone. He said, I have thought about the matter, and I see that when the Day of judgment comes, I would rather be called, 'Where is Mahmood who destroyed the idol', than 'Where is Mahmood who spared the idol for the wealth of this world'." He took his pickax and went in. The idol was adorned with gold and rare jewelry that were beyond description. With a mighty blow, it fell broken to pieces. He took the gold and jewelry and distributed it among his commanders and soldiers. He returned to Ghaznah in Safar 417 AH.

Sultan Mahmood sent to the Khalifah in Baghdad, informing him of the great victory, saying, I have conquered citadels and fortresses, and nearly twenty thousand of idol worshippers reverted to Islâm." In his book, 'Shatharat ath-Thahab', ibn alAmmar said, "[Mahmood] continued his conquest deep into India, until he reached areas where no flags of Islâm were raised before." Adh-Dhahabi said, "His intention was pure in promoting the deen, he was successful, he would frequently go out for jihâd, and his halls were the gathering places of the scholars. His grave is in Ghaznah. People gave speeches praising him in Khurasan, India, as-Sind, Tabristan, and Azerbedjan."

Sultan Mahmood was born in 361 AH and died in the month of Rabi'ul Akhir in 421 AH. May Allâh grant him mercy and reward him for what he has done for Islâm and the Muslims.

 

Krisis Nuklear Bukan Penghalang Untuk Mengusai Kuasa Nuklear

Kabinaet belum putuskan bina Loji Nuklear

KUALA LUMPUR: Keputusan sama ada Malaysia akan meneruskan cadangannya untuk membina dua loji kuasa nuklear akan dibuat selepas Kabinet menilai kertas kerja yang akan diserahkan kepada Perbadanan Kuasa Nuklear Malaysia.

Menteri Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air, Datuk Seri Peter Chin Fah Kui, berkata sama ada cadangan rancangan itu diteruskan atau tidak, bukan beliau yang memutuskannya.

"Kabinet yang akan memutuskannya. Kami perlu menunggu laporan yang akan dibentangkan kepada Kabinet," katanya.

Chin berkata demikian kepada pemberita selepas melancarkan basikal elektrik yang dikeluarkan oleh Eclimo Sdn Bhd, di sini, hari ini.

Terdahulu, dalam ucapan beliau, Chin berkata penggunaan pakai teknologi hijau penting kerana ia merupakan satu-satunya cara bagi mencapai pembangunan dan pertumbuhan mampan.

Beliau berkata kerajaan merasakan teknologi hijau memainkan peranan penting dalam menjadi sebahagian daripada penyelesaian kepada perubahan iklim.

"Teknologi hijau adalah tindakan proaktif terbaharu kerajaan untuk merangsang industri dan institusi untuk menjadi penginovasi eko-teknologi dalam bidang reka bentuk eko, bahan material eko, produk dan perkhidmatan eko serta teknologi hijau karbon rendah," katanya.
Beliau berkata kementeriannya ketika ini sedang menyediakan Pelan Hala Tuju Prasarana Kenderaan Elektrik dan Program Kenderaan Ujian Armada di Putrajaya yang akan dilancarkan tidak lama lagi.

Chin berkata memperkatakan tentang ''inisiatif hijau'' tidak akan lengkap tanpa menangani isu-isu kecekapan tenaga.

"Justeru di bawah Pelan Induk Kecekapan Tenaga, kerajaan menyasar kecekapan tenaga dalam sektor pengangkutan.

"Saya percaya inisiatif yang diambil akan menyediakan persekitaran kondusif bagi pembangunan kenderaan elektrik dalam sektor pengangkutan termasuk basikal elektrik," katanya. – BERNAMA

Krisis Nuklear Bukan Penghalang Untuk Mengusai Kuasa Nuklear

Jika tenaga nuklear digunakan oleh negara-negara barat seperti Amerika, Perancis, Russia dan Jepun serta Korea, ia bukanlah satu isu. Tetapi ia akan menjadi isu besar apabila ada negara umat Islam yang ingin memajukan penjanaan tenaga nuklear seperti di Iran. Jadi, jika Malaysia ingin memajukan penjanaan tenaga Nuklear, ia sudah tentu akan menjadi tumpuan. Isu keselamatan yang digembar-gemburkan sebenarnya bersifat relatif kerana menurut pakar tempatan, pembinaan sesebuah loji nuklear mesti mengikut langkah keselamatan yang ketat. Apa yang menjadi halangan ketika ini ialah tekanan daripada pihak luar. Tanpa kita disedari, di sebalik ancaman-ancaman yang menghalang pembinaan loji nuklear itu terkandung sifat kebencian barat ke atas umat Islam.

Kita dimomokkan dengan isu keselamatan di dalam penjanaan tenaga nuklear untuk keperluan dalam negara walhal negara-negara barat tidak ambil peduli tentang isu tersebut bahkan mereka sendiri terus menggunakan tenaga nuklear untuk keperluan masing-masing. Lupakah kita dengan krisis tenaga  yang melanda negara sekitar tahun 1973 sehingga kerajaan Malaysia ketika itu telah pun mengambil keputusan untuk membina 3 buah loji nuklear di Johor, Selangor dan Perak. Namun, segalanya terhenti apabila Malaysia menemui rizab bahan minyak dan gas pada masa itu. Jika tidak kerana penemuan minyak dan gas, sudah tentu kita sudah mempunyai 3 buah loji nuklear pada masa ini. Jadi, umat Islam harus sedar bahawa mereka harus keluar daripada cara berfikir barat agar mereka dapat melihat segala penipuan dan kerosakan yang telah dan sedang dilakukan oleh kuffar barat ke atas mereka. Pembinaan loji nuklear sebenarnya amat baik dari segi ekonomi kerana ia amat menjimatkan di samping mesra alam. Jadi kos daripada minyak dan gas yang digunakan untuk menjana tenaga elektrik selama ini dapat disalurkan untuk kepentingan rakyat. (catatan: Penjanaan elektrik bagi Malaysia menggunakan 90 peratus minyak dan gas serta hidroelektrik 10 peratus). Jadi, sebagai umat Islam, kita mesti berfikir dengan cara berfikir Islam agar kita mampu membongkar perancangan jahat barat. Tolak Sekular, terapkan Islam!

Wahai Penduduk Sarawak, Berubahlah Kalian Kepada Islam!

Tak mustahil pengundi Sarawak akan buat perubahan

BESUT 20 Mac – Presiden Pas, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang yakin dengan peluang pakatan pembangkang pada pilihan raya negeri Sarawak ke-10 akan datang. "Tak mustahil pengundi di sana akan buat perubahan kali ini,” katanya.

Ini berdasarkan keputusan pilihan raya kecil Parlimen Sibu pada Mei tahun lepas yang dimenangi DAP, katanya kepada pemberita selepas menyampaikan ceramah di kawasan berhampiran Sungai Jerteh sini, hari ini. Semalam, Ketua Menteri Sarawak, Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud mengumumkan Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Sarawak akan dibubarkan esok. – Bernama

 Wahai Penduduk Sarawak, Berubahlah Kalian Kepada Islam!

Sekali lagi Malaysia menyaksikan pilihanraya negeri dijalankan di Sarawak. Ini adalah kesinambungan sistem demokrasi yang mensyaratkan “pembuat undang- undang” (ADUN) akan dipilih semula selepas suatu tempoh. Pengumuman oleh Ketua Menteri Sarawak bahawa DUN Sarawak akan dibubarkan pada hari Isnin ini telah melenyapkan spekulasi mengenai bila tibanya pilihanraya negeri Sarawak ini. Sarawak merupakan negeri yang terbesar dan terkaya di Malaysia. Dengan sumber alam yang melimpah ruah seperti kayu balak dan petroleum, sepatutnya hasil bumi ini dapat dinikmati oleh segenap masyarakat. Namun begitu, kekayaan anugerah Allah ini telah dikaut dengan rakusnya oleh segelintir golongan sahaja dengan dikepalai oleh Ketua Menteri sendiri, iaitu Abdul Taib Mahmud (ATM). Ini menjadikan jurang antara yang kaya dengan yang miskin terlalu besar dan semakin membesar serta keperluan asas masyarakat seperti air, elektrik, kesihatan, pendidikan, jalanraya serta tempat tinggal adalah amat daif. Namun ini tidak menghairankan kerana Sarawak juga merupakan negeri yang mengamalkan sistem kapitalis sebagaimana negeri- negeri lain.

Sikap pemimpin seperti ATM yang mengamalkan rasuah, kronisme dan nepotisme dalam urus tadbir negeri menjadikan masalah ini semakin parah. ATM sebagaimana yang didedahkan oleh Sarawak Report memiliki lebih daripada 40 syarikat (dalam dan luar negara) yang beliau ada kepentingan di dalamnya. Malahan aset beliau di luar negara dianggarkan bernilai berbillion-bilion ringgit, termasuklah bangunan yang menempatkan Biro Siasatan Persekutuan (FBI) di Seattle, Amerika Syarikat, rumah-rumah peranginan mewah di London, Australia dan dimerata pelusuk negara lagi. Malah dengan syarikat Cahya Mata Sawarak (CMS) a.k.a Chief Minister & Son, menjadi satu entiti yang ‘sah’ untuk mengaut kontrak-kontrak bernilai jutaan ringgit di Sarawak. Pemimpin seperti ATM dan sekutu-sekutunya bermaharajalela di Sarawak dengan mengkhianati amanah yang telah diberikan oleh rakyat. Sikap mereka yang hanya mementingkan perut sendiri, anak-anak , saudara mara serta sekutu-sekutu politik merupakan sikap pemimpin yang pastinya akan membawa kemurkaan Allah.

Sudah tiba masanya masyarakat Sarawak berubah kepada Islam dengan menerima Islam dalam diri dan kepimpinan mereka serta mencampakkan pemimpin yang khianat seperti ATM dan sekutu-sekutunya. Dengan keadilan yang dibawa oleh Khalifah Islam, masyarakat Sarawak akan mampu menarik nafas lega kerana segala kebajikan dan keperluan asas mereka terpenuhi dan semoga dengan itu, sinar Islam akan merambat di segenap pelusuk Sarawak.

“Dan kami turunkan dari Al-Quran suatu yang menjadi penawar dan rahmat bagi orang-orang yang beriman dan Al-Quran itu tidaklah menambah kepada orang-orang yang zalim selain kerugian.” [TMQ Al-Isra’ (17):82].

Bebaskan Libya daripada Ghaddafi dan Kuffar Barat

Tentera AS, Britain dan Perancis mula bedil Libya

TRIPOLI 20 Mac – Tentera Amerika Syarikat (AS), Britain dan Perancis membedil Libya dengan peluru berpandu Tomahawk dan serangan udara sehingga ke awal pagi ini, mencetuskan kemarahan Muammar Gaddafi yang mengisytiharkan kawasan Mediterranean sebagai ‘medan pertempuran’.

Kapal-kapal perang AS dan sebuah kapal selam Britain melancarkan sekurang-kurangnya 110 peluru berpandu Tomahawk ke atas pangkalan udara dan sistem pertahanan udara rejim Gaddafi, lapor tentera AS.
Pegawai Libya berkata, sekurang-kurangnya 48 orang terbunuh dalam bedilan yang bermula pada 1645 GMT semalam (12.45 malam tadi waktu Malaysia) dengan satu serangan jet pejuang Perancis ke atas sebuah kenderaan tentera pro-Gaddafi. – AFP

BOLEHKAH DNA MENJADI BUKTI?
 

[SN253] Kes perbicaraan liwat yang membabitkan Penasihat Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim dan Mohd Saiful Bukhari sedang hangat berlangsung sekarang. Kes yang disifatkan Anwar sebagai penuh konspirasi ini kini mengundang kekecohan berikutan keengganan ketua pembangkang itu untuk menyerahkan sampel asid deoksiribonukleik (DNA)nya. Pada perbicaraan 17 Februari lepas, menurut keterangan ahli kimia, Dr. Seah Lay Hong, analisis DNA di bahagian atas rektum (dubur) Mohd. Saiful Bukhari Azlan menunjukkan kehadiran DNA dia sendiri dan DNA seorang lelaki lain yang dilabelkan sebagai ‘Lelaki Y’ yang merupakan penyumbang DNA yang dominan.

Western Intervention in Libya

The UN Security Council has backed a resolution on Libya that supports a no-fly zone and "all necessary measures" to protect civilians. After days of bickering over differences Western allies have, with the absence of China and Russia, managed to pass a resolution that in theory imposes a no fly zone, and allows the West to carry out military strikes under the justification or more likely guise of protecting civilians.

After much discussion, the Americans have now not only backed the British and French resolution on Libya but beefed it up. All of this has taken place as the forces fighting Colonel Gaddafi have been losing their strongholds which were gained when many of Gaddafi's forces defected. In observing the last two weeks and the current UN resolution we make the following points:

1. Western leaders can not be trusted. The West has a long history of pursuing its colonial interests under the guise of humanitarian intervention, liberal interventionism, human rights and protecting people from their rulers. Intervention in Sierra Leon, Iraq, Somalia and Afghanistan led to prolonged wars with the deaths of numerous civilians at the hands of the West - who were there in an apparent peace mission.

2. Western talk of intervention in Libya comes when Europe armed Gaddafi and stood by as he killed all those who opposed him. Western complicity with brutal dictators is not an exception but the norm. The US armed both Iraq and Iran when they went to war in the 1980's, the West supported the overthrow of Ben Ali and Mubarak, but freelanced over the fact that they armed them and had cordial relations with them.

3. The imposition of no fly zones is an ominous sign, as this was the same pretext used against Iraq in order to weaken it paving the way for military action. Whilst the West has been clearly exposed in its colonial adventure in Iraq, it is peddling the same justification to intervene in another Muslim country. US intervention in World War II led it to maintain bases to this day in both Japan and Germany 60 years later.

4. In the same week the West constructed a UN resolution against Libya, Saudi Arabia sent its army into Bahrain. Libya shares an artificial border with the most powerful Arab nation, with the region's largest army in Egypt. Intervention by Muslim armies would bring a swift end to Gaddafi.

5. Whilst the West has called for joint operations with Arab countries in the region, it is merely to bring international legitimacy to this new colonial venture. The fact is Egypt can single handily remove Gaddafi and bring an end to this massacre in Libya. Egypt shares a border with Libya and has a fleet of 839 fighter aircraft, with total ground troops of 1.3 million. The Muslim world does not need any more foreign intervention whatever the justification. The intervention of Muslim armies is what is necessary to end the wanton killing by Gaddafi and his spent regime.

Di Sebalik Pergolakan di Kyrgyzstan

Soalan:

Sejak kebelakangan ini, banyak perubahan yang telah berlaku dengan pantas di di Kyrgyzstan. Pada 8.4.2010 yang lalu, pembangkang telah berjaya menggulingkan Bakiyev. Mereka telah berjaya merampas kekuasaan  dan Bakiyev telah melarikan diri ke bandar kampung halamannya di bahagian selatan negara itu. Pada 16.4.2010, beliau lantas menghantar surat perletakan jawatan lalu berpindah ke Kazakhstan. Negara yang pertama mengiktiraf revolusi tersebut dan 'memberkatinya' adalah  Rusia, sebagaimana  perbualan telefon antara Perdana Menteri interim Roza Otunbayeva  dan Perdana Menteri Rusia Vladmir Putin pada hari Khamis, 8.4.2010 iaitu hari yang sama kerajaan sementara memerintah. Ini bermakna, Rusia turut terlibat atas apa yang telah terjadi. Persoalannya, mengapa Russia mahu Bakiyev digulingkan sementara ia sendiri yang telah membawanya ke tampuk kekuasaan dalam revolusi melawan Akayev pada tahun 2005, dan menyokong pilihanraya pada 23.7.2009? Apakah kerana beliau tidak menutup pangkalan tentera Amerika yang berpusat di Manas sehingga menyebabkan Russia bertindak  mengusirnya?

Jawapan:

Ya, semua penunjuk mengarah kepada Rusia di sebalik kejatuhan Bakiyev, tapi bukan kerana beliau memperbaharui sewa pangkalan tentera Amerika di Manas sebaliknya menutupnya. Sebenarnya, Russia masih dalam perjanjian atas sisa pangkalan di Manas sewaktu Bakiyev berkuasa. Malahan Russia menyokongnya dalam pilihanraya pada 23.7.2009 setelah beliau memperbaharui kontrak sewa tersebut pada 15.7.2009. Tambahan lagi ,dokongan Rusia dalam kempen pilihanraya begitu hebat, sehingga  Presiden Rusia Medvedev sendiri datang pada 2.8.2009 ke Kyrgyzstan untuk mengambil bahagian dalam upacara pelantikan yang diadakan untuk Bakiyev!

Ini bermakna tindakan Rusia tidak didorong oleh pembaharuan perjanjian sewa untuk pangkalan tersebut. Bahkan kerajaan baru yang didokong oleh Rusia sejak dari asal mempunyai perjanjian atas pengkalan tersebut, ianya satu perkara disebut secara jelas oleh para pemimpin revolusi. Oleh kerana itu Rusia tidak mempunyai masaalah dengan pembaharuan sewa atas pangkalan tersebut sejak dari awal lagi, dari segi politik, pangkalan tersebut dapat menyelamatkan imej Russia dari dilihat bersekongkol dengan dasar jahat AS . Russia menganggap pangkalan Manas sebagai transit , iaitu, sebagai pintu keluar-masuk ke Afghanistan, sebuah negeri Islam yang merupakan musuh  Rusia dan Amerika. Selanjutnya, tidak ada peranan lain dalam urusan dalaman yang mampu mengekang pengaruh Russia.

Apa yang sebenarnya menjadi kemarahan Rusia sehingga bertindak untuk menghapuskan Bakiyev, bekas agen mereka, adalah masalah lain. Berikut diketengahkan kronologi yang dapat menerangkan hal ini:

Richard Holbrooke, pada 19.02.2010 utusan Amerika ke Afghanistan, telah melakukan kunjungan ke Uzbekistan dan Kyrgyzstan dan bertemu dengan presiden kedua-dua negara. Laman web "Russia Today" melaporkan daripada "Interfax Rusia" pada 19.2.2010 tentang perbincangan di antara Holbrooke  dan Presiden Bakiyev, "Prospek hubungan bilateral dan situasi di Afghanistan, dan kedua-dua belah pihak saling bertukar pandangan mengenai situasi di Afghanistan jauh dari sorotan, dan membincangkan cara untuk mengaktifkan kerjasama untuk kepentingan  kedua-dua negara." Beliau juga menyebut bahawa pejabat akhbar presiden Kyrgyzstan melaporkan dari Bakiyev bahawa ia mengumumkan bahawa, "Negaranya mengambil berat akan pentingnya dan keutamaan untuk membangunkan hubungan Kyrgyz-Amerika dan pengaktifan kerjasama bilateral. Interfax Rusia  melaporkan berita itu dan dipercayai telah menambah frasa," jauh dari sorotan "., iaitu secara rahsia jauh dari mata Rusia sehingga Rusia tidak tahu apa yang telah dipersetujui antara Bakiyev  dan  Amerika. Ini merupakan gambaran dari Rusia bahawa sesuatu yang signifikan telah berlaku antara Presiden Kyrgyzstan dan Amerika.

Pada 17.3.2010, "Russia Today" melaporkan bahawa  "Amerika Syarikat baru-baru ini mengumumkan peruntukan $ 5.5 juta untuk membantu Kyrgyzstan dalam membina sebuah pusat latihan bagi unit khas untuk memerangi keganasan di Batken." "Russia Today" telah menemuramah Alexander Kniazev, pengarah cabang serantau  Institusi think-tank CIS di Bishkek tentang pusat tersebut,  dia menjawab, "Amerika Syarikat boleh menggunakan pusat ini untuk mencapai kepentingan Amerika di Asia Tengah. Slogan memerangi keganasan hanya alasan untuk mencapai tujuan Amerika seperti yang berlaku di Iraq dan Afghanistan". Dia menambah, “ melalui projek-projek di Asia Tengah, Amerika berusaha untuk mencabar dan bersaing dengan Rusia dan Cina di kawasan itu."

Russia mempunyai keraguan tentang kunjungan Holbrooke ke Kyrgyzstan, pertemuannya dengan Presiden Bakiyev jauh dari sorotan, rahsia perjanjian antara kedua-dua belah pihak – yang termanifestasi  dengan tertubuhnya pusat latihan khas “memerangi keganasan” oleh Amerika di Kyrgyzstan - dan perekrutan unit-unit khas dengan dalih apa yang disebut kontra-keganasan, untuk menguatkan pengaruh Amerika di Kyrgyzstan, di mana ia kemudiannya boleh bertapak ke daerah lain.

Perjanjian untuk mendirikan sebuah pusat latihan untuk pasukan khas oleh Amerika, atau dengan kata lain, untuk melatih agen-agen Amerika di Kyrgyzstan, adalah hal yang menyedarkan Rusia dan bermakna Amerika sedang cuba melangkau sempadan toleransi Russia. Oleh kerana itu Russia bergegas menggerakkan rampasan kuasa demi menyekat dasar-dasar Bakiyev yang memberi ruang dan menjalin hubungan dengan Amerika, dan jelas bahawa Rusia sangat teruja dengan keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan rampasan kuasa terhadap Bakiyev.

Di pihak Amerika, ianya merupakan suatu kejutan. Juru cakap Jabatan Luar Negeri, Philip Crowley, mengumumkan "keprihatinan yang mendalam atas ketidakstabilan di Kyrgyzstan," tambahnya lagi, "Kami percaya bahawa kerajaan masih berkuasa, dan Amerika Syarikat tidak mempunyai maklumat bahawa pembangkang telah mengambil alih" (News of the World, 7.4.2010). Hal ini menunjukkan bahawa Amerika bimbang tentang apa yang berlaku dan tidak menyokong pembangkang, dan lebih mesra dengan Kerajaan dibawah Bakiyev. Amerika kemudianya telah menutup pangkalanya di Kyrgyzstan selama tiga hari dan kemudian dibuka kembali  selepas pemimpin kerajaan interim Kirgistan Rosa Otunbayeva mengumumkan bahawa pangakalan AS tidak akan terjejas dan akan tetap berpegang dengan perjanjian sebelumnya.

Akur dengan keadaan semasa, Amerika Syarikat secara senyap mengiktiraf kerajaan baru dengan menghantar utusannya, Penolong Setiausaha Negara, Robert Blake, untuk mengadakan perbincangan dengan kerajaan baru di Kyrgyzstan. Dia mengumumkan bahawa Amerika Syarikat puas hati dengan janji-janji kerajaan baru untuk menjamin kewujudan pangkalan Amerika di Manas, dan ini merupakan gambaran yang cukup besar bahawa Amerika sekarang terpaksa akur dengan  keadaan semasa, terutama kerana ianya tetap menjamin kewujudan pangkalan udara Manas, dan ini menunjukan bahawa Amerika tidak dapat berbuat apa apa terhadap keadaan semasa, di mana Bakiyev telah melarikan diri ke kampung di bahagian selatan negara, dan dari sana telah berpindah ke Kazakhstan.

Dengan demikian, Amerika tidak mempunyai pilihan, selain daripada menghadapi realiti baru, walaupun hanya sementara. Manakala Rusia telah melakukan rundingan  atas situasi semasa di Kyrgyzstan. Timbalan Menteri Luar Negeri Rusia, Gregory Karasin, telah bertemu dengan duta besar AS di Moscow, John Beyrle, pada 13.4.2010. Keduanya berbincang tentang situasi di Kyrgyzstan, dan menunjukkan bahawa mereka telah bersetuju, sehingga keduanya menggesa "Kembali ke keadaan normal di negeri ini!" Sungguhpun begitu, konflik akan berterusan antara Rusia dan Amerika di wilayah itu, dan akan termanifestasi  dalam berbagai tindakan dan bentuk, dan pergolakan politik, ekonomi dan sosial.

Who Is Running Turkey?

The Doenmeh (the secret Jews of Turkey) movement is an important phenomenon which occurred during the late centuries of the Ottoman Empire. Nevertheless, this important phenomenon of the Ottoman history is never taught in Turkish schools, and never allowed to be mentioned in media. Never ever... Not even a single word! One may wonder why this important part of Ottoman history is never mentioned in Turkish classrooms while Turkish children have to learn and memorize lots of unnecessary details about Ottoman history and, in particular, recent Turkish history, and even details about the pre-Turkish civilizations that existed in Anatolia.

Why is the Doenmeh (doenmeh derives from the turkish word 'donme') movement unworthy to teach Turkish school children? Why is it simply ignored?

Baru-baru ini telah ada beberapa perkara yang menjadi isu-isu hangat di dalam politik tempatan di negara kita Malaysia. Antaranya adalah isu berkenaan pemindahan dan pembinaan kuil Hindu di Seksyen 23 di Shah Alam Selangor Darul Ehsan. Keadaan menjadi tegang apabila pihak Kerajaan Negeri Selangor membenarkan pemindahan dan pembinaan kuil baru ditapak yang mana penduduk sekitarnya rata-ratanya beragama Islam. Penetangan daripada penduduk yang beragama Islam menjadi semakin memuncak sehinggakan mereka telah berarak dengan membawa kepala lembu (yang menjadi simbol agama Hindu) bagi menentang keputusan kerajaan negeri tersebut. Apakah pandangan Islam tentang isu ini dan bagaimanakah penyelesaiannya menurut Islam. Adakah didalam Islam terdapat konsep kebebasan beragama dan seterusnya bolehkah dibenarkan bagi orang-orang kafir ini membina rumah ibadat di tempat yang majoriti penduduknya beragama Islam?

ARAB SAUDI DAN PENGKHIANATAN KELUARGA SAUD

[SN252] Angin perubahan di negara-negara Arab nampaknya semakin bertiup kencang dan kini telah mula menerjah ke Arab Saudi. Walaupun ia baru menampakkan bayangnya, namun arus kebangkitan yang bermula dari Tunisia ini sudah cukup untuk menakutkan penguasa Saudi. Arab Saudi menyaksikan perhimpunan rakyat yang pertama pada hari Jumaat lepas sebagai tanda tidak puas hati terhadap pemerintahan beraja keluarga Saud yang telah mencengkam bumi kelahiran Rasulullah itu sejak tahun 1932. Kementerian Dalam Negeri Arab Saudi menegaskan pada hari Sabtu lalu (5/3/2011) bahawa tindakan berdemonstrasi adalah dilarang di dalam kerajaan Arab Saudi kerana ia “bertentangan dengan syariat Islam.” Kementerian menyatakan bahawa pasukan keamanan mempuyai kuasa untuk mengambil “semua langkah-langkah” untuk mencegah “usaha-usaha yang mengganggu rejim”, demikian menurut sumber berita rasmi Arab Saudi.

Premium insurans tak masuk akal

KUALA LUMPUR 10 Mac - Penyokong kerajaan dan pembangkang hari ini 'bersatu' menyelar syarikat-syarikat insurans kerana mengenakan premium yang tidak masuk akal terhadap kenderaan lama berusia lebih 10 tahun dan insurans pihak ketiga sejak dua tahun lalu.

Sambil menyifatkan dua langkah itu sebagai tidak munasabah, Datuk Mohamed Aziz (BN-Sri Gading) berkata, peraturan baru tersebut telah menyusahkan rakyat terutama penduduk di luar bandar.

Sehubungan itu, beliau menggesa Kementerian Kewangan dan Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) mengkaji semula kadar dikenakan itu sejak dua tahun lalu kerana jelas membebankan rakyat ekoran harga premium insurans yang terlalu tinggi.

''Ini isu serius. Oleh itu Kementerian Kewangan dan BNM perlu melihat masalah ini kerana ia tidak memberi keadilan kepada rakyat di kampung-kampung. Kebanyakan kenderaan mereka adalah kenderaan lama. Peraturan ini langsung tidak munasabah.

''Munasabah ke premium insurans kereta lama lebih tinggi daripada kereta baru. Begitu juga dengan pembelian insurans pihak ketiga, mengapa kadarnya terlalu tinggi?'' katanya ketika membahaskan usul menjunjung kasih titah ucapan Yang di-Pertuan Agong di Dewan Rakyat hari ini.

Isu mengenakan premium insurans pihak ketiga yang terlalu tinggi pernah dibangkitkan di dalam Dewan Rakyat sebelum ini.

Datuk Bung Moktar Radin (BN-Kinabatangan) ketika mencelah berkata, kerajaan perlu menubuhkan satu jawatankuasa khas bagi mengkaji semula operasi syarikat-syarikat insurans kerana perjalanan perniagaan mereka adalah secara menipu.

''Perniagaan yang banyak menipu rakyat ialah perniagaan insurans. Berlaku sahaja kes kemalangan berpuluh tahun baru selesai. Saya minta satu jawatankuasa khas ditubuhkan bagi memantau operasi mereka kerana mereka ini adalah penipu paling besar di negara ini," katanya.

Mohamed dalam pada itu turut mencadangkan supaya kerajaan menubuhkan satu syarikat insurans yang baru sebagai alternatif bagi syarikat insurans sedia ada.

''Kalau masalah ini tidak selesai, apa kata Kementerian Kewangan mewujudkan syarikat insurans baru yang boleh menjual insurans dengan harga berpatutan. Namakan sahaja insurans ini, insurans 1Malaysia. Jangan terima lagi syarikat-syarikat insurans yang sedia ada sekarang," ujarnya.

Terdahulu, Timbalan Yang Dipertua Dewan Rakyat, Datuk Ronald Kiandee ketika mencelah telah meminta isu yang ditimbulkan oleh Ahli Parlimen Sri Gading itu meliputi pembelian insurans hayat.

Chong Chieng Jen (DAP-Kuching) di dalam perbahasannya juga bersetuju supaya kadar premium insurans pihak ketiga diturunkan bagi meringankan beban rakyat.

Beliau memberitahu Dewan Rakyat bagaimana syarikat-syarikat insurans ketika ini memaksa pelanggan membeli polisi insurans kemalangan peribadi sebelum dikeluarkan polisi insurans pihak ketiga walaupun kerajaan tidak membenarkan ia berlaku.

''Itu belum dikira caj tambahan (loading) yang turut dikenakan kepada pelanggan. Apabila dicampur kedua-duanya dan ditambahkan dengan bayaran premium insurans pihak ketiga sudah tentu harganya tinggi dan membebankan.

''Walaupun Kementerian Kewangan sudah kata tidak ada syarikat yang boleh paksa pemilik kenderaan untuk membeli insurans tambahan ini, tetapi ini masih diamalkan oleh semua syarikat insurans di negara ini," katanya.

Akibatnya beliau berkata, harga premium insurans pihak ketiga yang dahulu dibayar sekitar RM70 sehingga RM80 tetapi sekarang harganya antara RM100 hingga RM200.

''Bank Negara ini butakah, takkan tidak tahu langsung, ini hakikat yang memang berleluasa? Mengapa kerajaan tidak ada penyelesaian sebaliknya terus membenarkan syarikat insurans mengeksploitasi pelanggan mereka," katanya.

Datuk Seri Azmi Khalid (BN-Padang Besar) pula berpendapat operasi syarikat trak penunda juga harus dipantau kerana ia menyumbang kepada peningkatan kadar premium insurans yang dijual kepada pemilik kenderaan, termasuk caj tambahan.

Loke Siew Fook (DAP-Rasah) pula mempersoalkan kuasa Bank Negara dalam mengawal syarikat-syarikat berkenaan.

Meskipun katanya, telah ada arahan supaya syarikat-syarikat insurans tidak boleh memaksa pemilik kenderaan membeli pelindungan insurans tambahan namun perkara itu masih berleluasa.

[SN251]Gelaran the mad man (lelaki gila) ke atas Kolonel Muammar Gaddafi sememangnya tepat dan tidak dapat dinafikan, malah dia kini kelihatan sedang mengalami delusi dengan apa yang berlaku di sekelilingnya. Si diktator Libya itu nampaknya semakin ganas membunuh rakyatnya dengan mengerahkan tentera untuk berbuat demikian. Hingga kini angka korban masih tidak dapat dipastikan, namun ada yang menyatakan ia telah mencecah 2000 orang. Terbaru, dilaporkan bahawa tentera pro-Gaddafi yang dilengkapi kereta kebal dan senjata antipesawat cuba merampas kembali bandar Zawiyah dalam pertempuran selama enam jam dengan menyerang kedudukan puak yang menentangnya dari enam arah. Namun puak penentang tersebut berjaya mematahkan serangan tentera dalam pertempuran di Zawiyah itu, kira-kira 50 kilometer di barat Tripoli.
